If you are experiencing technical issues on the Verb site, please try the following:
- Use Chrome as the preferred browser.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Do a hard refresh:
- Mac: press command + shift + r
- Windows: press Ctrl + F5
- Clear your cache in Chrome:
- At the top right, click More (three vertical dots)
- Click More tools Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
