Depending on your desired outcome, there are two approaches to deleting learners.

1. Remove learner from team, but not from the platform entirely
   1. To remove learners from the platform entirely, you can click on the trashcan icon to the left of the learner’s name under the ‘Employees’ tab. If you’d like only to remove a learner from a team, but still keep them on the Verb platform, you can click on the trashcan icon to the left of the learner’s name under the ‘Teams’ tab. 
      • Navigate to the 'Teams' tab in your admin settings and edit the team where the learner is on
      • Click 'Teams' on the left hand panel
      • Click on the 'Members' tab
      • Click the trashcan icon to the left of the learner's name
   2. Remove learner from platform entirely*
      • Navigate to the 'Employees' tab within your admin settings
      • Locate the learner's name and click the trash icon to the left of the learner's name

*In the event a learner is accidentally removed from the platform, another invite can be sent to that learner. While the learner will need to complete sign up again, the learner's profile and previous activity will be restored upon logging in.
