Similar to the Open Shifts By Job Report, the Open Shifts By Date Report provides you with a list of all open shifts by date.

To access this report, hover over the Reports tab (graph icon), click the Miscellaneous button, then select Open Shifts By Date from the drop down list.

By default, this report will show data for open shifts for the current week, and for all Jobs. However, you are able to select a predefined date range / custom date range, and a specific Jobs using the filter fields at the top of the page.

There are several columns within this report that house the information. Below is an explanation of what kind of data is displayed for each column:

• Date
  • The date assigned to the Open Shift.
• Open Shift
  • The Start Time / End Time of the Open Shift.
• Job
  
  • The Job assigned to the Open Shift.
• Location
  • The Location assigned to the Open Shift.
• Shift Title
  • The title (Shift Label) assigned to the Open Shift.

The data displayed via this report can be printed off and or exported as a PDF / CSV file by clicking on the print button or choosing from one of the available export options after clicking the down arrow.
